How about 3 sets of competition maps? Speed, Accuracy, and Endurance/Kills.

Nothing really complex. A big warehouse with halls would be perfect. No doors. Simply three maps for competition purposes or could use the same map for all three.

Here are where the competitions differ.

Speed.

At the beginning, the ready room will have every weapon, armor, and tons of ammo. That way everyone starts of the map with the exact same equipment regardless of perk.

Spawn a certain number of mobs (hundreds) and the player has to fight from point A to point B. Record the time and the post the time with player's name. There would have to be a separate section for each perk since some perks have crazy fast speed.

Accuracy

Everyone spawns as a lvl 6 SS with only a pistol. Armor and ammo is in the ready room. Spawn a certain number of clots (hundreds) and the player has to kill over a certain number within a certain time with just the pistol. Kill too few and the accuracy score doesn't count. Tons of ammo distributed through map. Record the player's accuracy with their name.

Endurance/Kills

At the beginning, the ready room will have every weapon, armor, and tons of ammo. That way everyone starts of the map with the exact same equipment regardless of perk.

Continually spawn mobs until a player dies. Spawn has to be the same number and types of mobs every wave so randomness doesn't screw over a player. For example, a wave would be 30 clots, 10 bloats, 20 gorefasts, 20 crawlers, 20 stalkers, 10 sirens, 3 scrakes, 2 FP, and 3 husks. Every minute, a new wave is released. Ammo is everywhere. Record the number of kills with the player's name.

None of this is really thought though. I was just thinking of a way to directly compare player's skill .

Your thoughts?
