Looks good, but why did it go straight to final?

No beta?

Hicks i love you, i really do, great job porting these static meshes and textures over! but next time, please upload your map to filefront.com because there are no wait times (i hate when i have to wait a minute to download something because i forget usually, and then when i go back to download it, it says expired and so i have to wait again, endless cycle).

ATTN: your map CRASHES my server everytime we vote for it. this is why we dont go to final so quickly.

Anyway, i don't know which problem can be. Maybe your server is linux-based? Bar Zombies server where i play is linux-based and it crashes when we vote for Arcade-Gas-Station. But it's wokring good on windows-based server.

Hi.

Checking now....
I tested five times by the local dedicated server.
There seems to be no problem.
I downloaded it from moddb.
Megaupload was not able to be downloaded.
Will you download it again?

I will test by the open dedicated server tonight.
Please wait.

Cool map.
Hicks-D good job.

I think that it is a trouble of the Megaupload server.
I using the Megaupload for the upload.

Test result.
Windows Server version.

#4 Server 1 play (Normal)
#5 Server 1 play (Hard)
#6 Server 1 play (Suicidal)
#8 Server 1 play (Suicidal)
#9 Server 2 play (Suicidal) <- I connect checked.

It did not crash.
How about other people?

Please re-download it again.

The outside is very heavy.

Lol just opened it up in the editor.

Looks like your outside is gonna cause a ton of problems with fps.

I dont see ANY optimization done with this map. NOT EVEN ZONES

All your grass, bushes and everything is mesh. WITHOUT cull distance.
Grass trees, and bushes should be set to your deco layer on the terrain.
Also all your trees have collision, this will slow it down too.

With all the Grass and stuff, you need to add Anti-Portals in your map
You also need to zone off the building with the outside.

I hope i am not correct in saying that this map is going to lag to hell
Even though it is a very small map, I am afraid your outside is going to lag.

Looks like a good map, but it needs MAJOR optimization .

This is why you post your map into the beta section 1st, and not get all cocky about beta testing it a bunch.
I beta tested Damnation for about 3 weeks before i released the BETA. then let that test for a month before I released Final.

YOU NEED TO SUMMIT YOUR MAP TO BETA BEFORE YOU GO TO FINAL. SO WE CAN SEE ERRORS THAT YOU CANT.

And i found a whole list, and i havent even tested it in game yet.

if you need help with optimization click here

Also I hope those scripted stalker spawns (about 40) doesnt get this un-whitlisted.

You know the ones that are controlled by a shootable trigger
