I have been playing RO for almost 2 years and had minor issues but always got resolved.
I just had to reset PC to factory settings and re-installed RO via Steam. It now locks up the PC when I go to change resolution with no CTRL ALT DEL, no mouse, etc.
I tried Practice mode with default and it locked up on the choose army.
I went to the forum and deleted RO.ini and user ini...
Nope.
I set graphics to the non-direct x in the ini and at least got the resolution changed. But it locked up in another menu.
I have updated the drivers, windows updates, Dirext X, mouse and everything else I can think of. I also did a RAM test and all is ok.
It worked once... What is going on? I am about ready to go buy a new PC because I have been playing this damn game at least 12 hours a week for the last 2 years... HELP. I am at my wits end here...
