It won't show up in my maplist.
Instructions?

There's only the .rom file in that zip.
Did you possibly forget to include some system files?

Same here, its only showing up on map voting but when i vote for it, it just starts a random map instead of the real thing.
Help plox?

Instruction on opening the map from the menu, ingame, and from a server.
Basic menu open command: Open KFS-SinglePlayerBeta
Basic ingame open command: Open KFS-SinglePlayerBeta?Game=KFMod.KFSPGameType
Server open command: admin servertravel KFS-SinglePlayerBeta?Game=KFMod.KFSPGameType
Remember its a KFS map not KF map

Well gee that's really kind of you that you tell us how to use that darn thing.

It keeps throwing an error though:
Failed launching URL
Can't find file for package '2K4Chargers'

ok, played the map, i prefer the old masterson =P He looks more creepy.
But if you're gonna keep the new masterson, you should change the soldier of the police station to one from the retail.

Well, I found a way to play the map via the SDK, and i'm in the middle of the offices. I have no problem with waves of enemies being thrown at me, but i know for a fact that the offices has SOME LIGHT, I cant see a thing, even with the bloody flashlight.

lol its meant to be super dark and I made it so it wud scare the hell out of players. I can't w8 til u get to the bioticslab part, oh jeez ur gonna die so much there!
