Can't choose a perk?

Hi guys!
I've made a simple "hello world" mutator. When i enter the game and wanna select a perk, i have an unknown steam error.
How can i fix it? I don't want my mutator be whitelisted, also i don't need stats gain. I just want that player could select a perk with it's current level.
help...

It has to be whitelisted or use the PerkSelectorV1011 mutator

PerkSelectorV1011 selects only 5 or 6 level perks from menu, shown after main perk select menu. I need the user choose it's own perk level from main menu.
isn't it possible?

Download Marco's Server Veterency Handler V2 mutator. It looks exactly like the steam perks, except you have to qualify and level them back up to wat they were. It doesn't erase ur steam perks, it just allows perk selection and leveling offline with non-whitelisted mutators and maps. However you can modify the ini to and make all your perks level 6.

uhh sorry, i've found that it's possible to select perk from main menu.

How can i do that? Is there a way to get stats from steam? I can't init KFSteamStatsAndAchievements. So how?
