If she already knew about Steam's policies, she should have done more research on the game before buying it. It wouldn't have taken too long to figure out that this game has a lot of gore and involves the killing of many creatures.
Well it is called Killing Floor, surely at least she'd get some kind of idea that it's a slaughterhouse simulator if nothing else?

Reminds me of a time I was in local game store.
A woman was in there "moaning" to the peeps about Left 4 Dead.

She had bought it on Xbox360 for her kid (who looked about 10)
She was moaning (with a few other words...) about the violence in the game.

I guess the 18 rating (Adults only) and the info on that back that says
"Suitable only for persons of 18 years and over, Contains frequent strong bloody violence and gore" was too complicated for her to understand.....

And yes the peep in the shop pointed that out to her...
Her comments back to the peep are not printable here

You guys must be pretty chuffed. Publishing on Steam is one thing but to see all your hard work in a tangible form sharing the shelves with all the other PC game big hitters in UK stores must be really satisfying and rewarding.

TWI has a contract with Iceberg, so they should know where it will be distributed, right? I mean you don't just do a contract without knowing about stuff of that high importance.

The game requires steam, so yes, you HAVE to activate it on steam.

Nah Cheapside City of London. Though the Bexleyheath shopping Centre is a good 'un but I prefer Bluewater myself.
