Default Can you edit other peoples maps?

Hi, just wondering if it's possible to edit other peoples maps with just the .rom files and whatever else they provide? Or is this some sort of compiled file?

Basically I just want to edit them to create custom music lists and then use them for myself and some friends - so I don't really want to change the maps but most of them don't seem to have a custom music list.

Is this possible, or is there an easier way to create a playlist for any map, or per map?

Thanks!

Just open them up with the SDK and it will show fine. I don't know if there is anything else that could be missing but it dose help when you are trying to make a map and can't figure out how to do some stuff.

Ahh okay great.. I want to create a playlist that defaults to certain music file names and falls back to the existing music if they aren't available.

E.g
- KF_mapname_wave1.ogg
- KF_mapname_wave2.ogg
- KF_mapname_wave2_quiet.ogg
- KF_mapname_wave2_action.ogg

If this was possible any everyone did it in their maps then it would mean that anyone could easily use any music file for any map/wave etc. I think everyone would benefit from some sort of standard, from other threads I have read it looks like it *should* be possible.
