Default Clawed up screen?

I don't mind getting my screen shook or the blood splatter, but the claw marks on my screen are a bit much when a stalker hits me.

And why is it only the stalker? Why not slash marks for the gore fast or bite marks for the clots?

Anyone else dislike this feature?
(if anyone knows how to disable it, tell me)

Good idea. If every ZED can leave something the effects shouldn't last as long individually, but I think the idea is great.

It could be made a drop-down option in the menu where you can select "Blur + Marks", "Blur" and "Marks". No option for nothing.

I feel the same way. Things like this, the constant reloading sounds, etc. are just small immersion factors that ruin the true taste.

Yeah, they really should make the effects more customizable.

And have you noticed you get the claw marks on your screen regardless of from where you get attacked from? I doubt I'd see blood if a Stalker was ripping me a new ***hole.
