I took the idea from watching my old dear play Elite Force earlier.
Players spawn at the trader with a certain amount of money, buy their gear and then once the buytime is up, they are teleported to random locations around the map and fight till the last one stands.
In Elite force you have all weapons gladiator which lets you use all the weapons in game, from the Arc welder, to the tetrion cannon, and you have Sniper gladiator, which is Phase rifles only, but in KF we can use Crossbow's instead
You can even get the Gladiator mode but with team options, 3 vs 3 or however large the server is, them three players spawn together and battle it out with the enemy team. Money can be awarded for kills.
