Custom Map Compilation?

I've noticed a very large number of custom maps floating around some servers, though they are coupled by horrid downloading times. Is there a sort of 'map pack' for download, or perhaps a place where all the custom maps are being hosted? Either I'm blind (they are here?) or someone has them hosted elsewhere.

this is a subject for the level design section not the KF FINAL MAPS is this a map?

And Dragonfel, my reasoning was that only -completed- maps would be hosted, thus placing it in the completed maps section...

I can also make some installer with a few customs in it, just don't know which U want, I suppose the final versions of maps - let me know and it will be done (as full automatic install exe)

The current problem is that a lot of maps are still works in progress and even the 'finished' maps still have bugs so some of them might receive yet another update later on even though they are currently posted as 'final'

So even if someone gives you a mappack, it'll be outdated in a week when everyone is running new versions of all the custom maps on their servers.

Maybe in a couple of weeks when we have a much wider selection of finished maps to choose from that people can put some map packs together that will be valid for more than a week before you have to get a new version

I'm afraid we'll all have to be a bit more patient

If you aren't able to find a map pack, feel free to stop by my server (lol), providing the ping is alright with you. I use teh gameservers redir so map downloads are very fast.

I just got the auto redirect service myself so DL ingame to my server is faster now...but I still provide map packs via my url above...

OK since I can't actually work out how to post a new thread here (retard, I know), when you download the maps from thekillingcrew.com, what do you then do to have them in your maps list in game?

Also, when I load a map in game, it doesn't save it for me, unlike my friend who loads them, and then has them in his maplists for solo/hosting..
