Killing Floor Map ED (editor) removed after update? Why?

Hi I bought killing floor on steam, installed it on my vista computer and made a shortcut to the editor, which loaded and didn't show up the menu, so recently I installed it on my xp machine so I could use the editor, Well since the games recent updates, the kfed.exe is no longer available and the Editor was removed, my shortcut on my desktop now points to nothing, I did a file search and it is not found on my entire system, I did not delete it. Same problem when installed on my xp machine, it used to be there but the updates removed it. WTF?

Still there and as fully functional as UnrealEd gets...
Verify the integrity of your game cache and the integrity of your tool cache. It should redownload any missing or broken files then.

You have to install KFEd separately through the tools menu.
