Changing the music Server side?

I have a dedicated server through gameservers, its pretty much me and my friends who play, i wanna put some crazy DNB into the wave music is there any way to do this server side?
do i need to make a music folder and then will it force dl?

Music isn't pushed from servers. In fact you don't even need it on the dedi, it's entirely client-side whether it exists in original form, modified, or not at all.
