Default Online game freezes after 30 secs

When i first enter a game, everything is fine, but ALWAYS around 30 secs into the game it seems to freeze and the monsters and players are stuck running into walls, but i can still run around and shoot my gun without needing to reload A few of my friends have this problem too, is there any known cuases/fixes for it? It's getting very frustrating, as it's a great game and i havn't had the chance to play it fully because of this problem.

try to disable steam community while ingame.

In steam file settings -> in game - and deselect enable steam community ingame.

Try to play on a sandboxed server as well so there are no steam stats being submitted, check if that makes it ok.
Maybe steamstats or something uses a port that isnt listed.

That didn't work, i've also tried open all ports and turning off firewalls and anti-virus, this is the only game i've ever had problems with. I suggest Tripewire upgrade their whole server to something that doesn't suck. Every other online shooter has great servers.
