Stuck in ground at random times?

I have been playing KF for the past few days and I always have this problem when I am walking around I get stuck in place. When I get stuck and place and try to move forward it will just be glitchy and teleport me back to the same spot. The way I fix this is by just standing still and then moving were I will instantly go back to normal. This happens at random times in a match and at random locations.

Why does this happen? Any help would be great

I am having the same problem, it's extremely annoying and has gotten me killed more than once. Help would be super.

Sound like packetloss. Not the speed, but reliability of the connection between you and the server.
