I've tried this in a couple ways, and confirmed that a single-wielded handcannon can get sharpshooter points with headshots, but dual-wielded handcannons cannot. This is a shame, because dual handcannons are pretty fun.

EDIT: Alright, apparently this forum is stupid and doesn't let you post a link. Go to youtube itself and watch this in HQ so you can actually see the numbers. :|
I decided to add a video demonstrating this... YouTube - Killing Floor - Dual Handcannon bug Last edited by DoubleFelix; 05-17-2009 at 04:01 PM. |

Yeah, I noticed that to. I got pissed whenever I accidently walked over a second Handcannon.

Headshots in general just don't seem to register half of the time. The sharpshooter perks is a lot harder to level than all the others because of that. I just hit lvl3 after dozens and dozens of match and I have 2-3 other perks at level 2 without even trying.

For some reason wielding a pair of Desert Eagles makes them count as shotguns for the purposes of levelling perks; I'm unsure whether or not the sharpshooter's damage/recoil mods still function correctly for a pair or if the Support's are being applied instead.
