Default Improve Flashlight

This may sound nitpicky, but the flashlight in this game is to put it lightly. Utterly ridiculous, nonsensical, and ugly.

The way it lights things up makes little to no sense at all, in the night map it looks obscenely pixelated.

Half life 2 has a much better looking flashlight than this and that game is ancient.

This flashlight is ugly, pixelated and has odd flickering issues and needs to be fixed, it genuinely distracts me from the game.

Luckily the only place the flashlight looks "bad" is in Farm, where the ground is dark and curvy. It looks fine on walls and other flat objects.

I was amazed by it quite frankly, didnt think UE2 tech could look this good.
It looks better then some of the UE3 games out there today.

If it was UE3 you could *probably* have a client side dynamic light, like in L4D/HL2ep2. Right now it looks cool when it's falling on character models, but when it jumps from surface to surface it looks weak.
