Help with managing my KF server's FTP.

I bought a server from gameservers.com, and it's up and running just fine. But right now, it's full and none of my friends can play on it. I'm aware I have to have webadmin set up and working, but I don't know how to access the server's FTP. I don't know how to upload my own config files to it since I can't seem to connect to it with my FTP management software.

Can anyone give me a hand? We're all anxious to play right now.
