Kotaku picked up on the new game:

http://kotaku.com/5240146/red-orches...y-as-the-nazis

Although the title is kind of stupid since from what I have read not every single German soldier there was not even close to a Nazi.

I like the Volga crossing image.

Reason is simple no? "Nazi"-krauts cant be portrayed as "humans" that close up...
I'm glad someone decided to break with that stupid statement.

You guys are heroes for including a German singleplayer campaign, very unique. That is something many of us have desired for a long time now.

Will it have characters like BiA or is it more like CoD where you play with a bunch of soldiers? Oh well, too early I guess.

I posted it on Tangodown to help spread the news as well.

No, probably more like: Coming soon, or if not, then some other time.

And **** yeah, i've always wanted a ww2 shooter to focus on the German side of things.
So far only Brothers in Arms Earned in Blood allowed you to play the Germans in singleplayer, but only in skirmish maps. This will be freaking awesome.

At last a future game release to get excited about.

Cant wait. However I hope they don't ditch the realism so new comers can get into it. Everyone here was a newcomer once. It takes practice.

Leave it to TW to churn out cutting edge gritty gaming action!

I flipped when I read there was co-op, my whole LAN group is realy happy to hear this news too. We where just talking about how we wish a new H&D2 type game would come out, this might do the trick!?

I believe it is the July issue, which is why we were so surprised when people had it already.

Oh man, i just saw the trailer of the movie Stalingrad again, then i got flashbacks of BiA: Hell's Highway and how they handled the eyes... They were alive!
It got shivers down my spine just thinking of the story-telling possibilities!

" from July 1942 to February 1943"

So we are getting early-mid war only vehicles and weapons then right? I know some people were hoping for some other late war stuff, but I am happy using the noted dates equipment.
