Short reply... not really, but he comes from Vladivostok and also made a tour of the naval base out there in the far East recently. TBH the lyrics are a bit nonsensical.

Senior Pelligroso - is that off the "No W" album? I was a real Ministry-head during high school, but preferred their early-mid 90s albums, during their industrial rock period. Lost interest when they went more into metal (although I'm not backward towards metal itself). Put up a good show here, though. And used samples, always love samples in songs.
Now, I'm more into their electro-pop albums from the 80s
