Runtime Error!

Hey,
I get an error, which prevents my game from even starting. I never get to to main screen of the game, which is upsetting. (note: It used to always work fine before). This is upsetting and I've played the game for 6 months, and it worked fine until last night.

I tried reinstalling it, that didn't work. System restore.... Didn't work. And what I did to make the problem occur was change the video render from Direct 3D 9.0 to Software (thought it'd make it easier on my vid card for some reason). And NOW the game does not start.

Quit Steam delete your RO system file.
Start Steam, validate RO game cache.
This should bring your game to default settings.

Do not touch Software render mode!

Get back if need be !
