I got one of those slowly increasing light/nature sounds alarm clocks for 10€ on a sale and it has completely changed my mornings. Best spent 10€ ever.

My phone does that. It's great.

Tho I do set a second, more "alarming" alarm, when I know I'm not gonna get much sleep or gotta get up at a weird time.
