Actually, speaking as someone trapped in the Democratic People's Republic of Kalifornia, I'd put it more at swapping Pyongyang and Beijing.

Koalas are quite friendly animals but you have to keep in mind to be careful when close to them as if they decided they want to climb up on you their claws can do a lot of damage.
