My First Attempt
So I was up last night till around 12 am listening to the EGLN interview and ended up making a sig aswell.
 Comments? Ideas?

Very nicely done. Try lowering the opacity of the scanlines just a tad and either put them behind the rifleman and logo or feather them off of his face. Nice text-work too.

No problem man...sig designing is a second love of mine outside of gaming so I always love helping others get into it. Glad you like the AHGN servers.

Better but I would feather it out off of his neck too. And move the RO logo to the top so that it's sitting above the scan lines. It looks like you accidentally deleted part of the scanlines on the left side of the sig. And drop the opacity of them to say around 10-20%. This will give the sig a little depth without the scanlines having such a prominent focus. But that's all personal preference, do what you like and take my feedback for what it's worth.
