Default Looking for ww2 models for mods?

Looking for ww2 models?
Guns, misc items and tanks with interiors?

Take a look at the Operation Flashpoint (OFP) community. There are literally 100s of ww2 tank addons and I'm sure some of the creators would be willing to let you use their .p3d files and/or textures.

The model quality ranges from basic, with poor interiors to v.high Polly and accurate interiors. Mose theaters of war have been coverd at some time by OFP mods/addons.

Please bear in mind copyright issues if you plan to profit from your mod and always ask for permission profit or no.

This might not help anyone, but then again, it might, so I thaught I would post.

You will need to get to know the (still active) community a bit first. I'm sure some people will be open to recource shareing.

Obviously lots of work will be needed to get these redy for RO

The offical forums might be a good place to start:
http://www.flashpoint1985.com/cgi-bi.../ikonboard.cgi

Or one of the main news sites:
http://ofp.gamepark.cz/

Heres a little more eye candy of the kinda models that are around:

There are some real good/gifted/talented modders in the OFP modding community. I think we even tried to hire one only to find out he was picked up by Bohemia.

But if you want to try and use any of their work remember to get the original author/s complete and full permission to do it.
