using russ models for axis body?

is it possible to take the russian winter soldiers model, and place a german head+ helmet on it? so to make german winter suits for winter maps.
the russian suit could easilly be re-skinned to look like a camo smock or leave it white.
is this do-able? i figured this would be easyer than to make entire new german models...

ps, i never done any coding for RO, im just making a winter map...
