Our clan is currently renting out servers for most games. Check out ww.xWeb5.com for details. RO:O is not currantly listed there but it would probably be the same price as the other regular games. Email us at admin@xweb5.com for details. Check out our fancy clansite at www.xClanSite.com

We rent a dedicated gaming server from www.shrapnet.com

I have dealt with many server companies in the past and these people are by far the best in my opinion.

They advised me that they will be setting up ROOST servers and knowing them, you will get your money's worth and more.

They are located in the USA, speak to Mike or Rob. Tell them that Busterking from 10-78 sent you.

We have over 12 gaming servers on our box consisting of different games.

You won't get more helpfull people then them.

I hate how threads asking for this kind of advice quickly turns into a mad advertising-fest. Everyones just trying to get their own hosts name out there...

I personally have server room on my co-located server, and will be renting a couple servers out for way cheap. I compare to everyone elses server prices and make sure mine is lower than theirs, so if cheap is what you want, drop me a line at ian@riley-hosting.com

Maybe YOU should take 2 minutes and read what the original post says. It may give you a clue before you start typing non-sense.

Ticket Details:
Queue: Technical Support
Status: OPEN
Summary: Red Orchestra: Ostfront 41-45
Details: Per their website http://www.redorchestragame.com/index.php
the game will be released on March 14, 06. Will Insomnia365 support this
game. We are interested in hosting a public RO:Ost server and if you
will support it, what date will the instance be available?
------------------------------------------
(bkontrath-03/07/2006 22:19:13):
I don't believe we have any plans to support this game at the moment.
However, I will forward your question to the appropriate group for a
definative answer.
Thanks for your patience.
------------------------------------------
(lreese-03/08/2006 09:19:48):
As there's quite a large demand for this game
(http://forums.theplanet.com/viewtopic.php?t=18484), we plan on
supporting it as soon as possible after the dedicated server is available.
Resolution:
Please do not reply to this email. If you have additional information,
please update the ticket using the link to the support system provided.
If the support ticket was closed, and the issue was not resolved to
your satisfaction, please feel free to open another ticket and reference
this ticket number.
Thank you,
The Planet

Correct. They do use a cortex system and you can use it to add an instance and operate the server.

Here is a link to the forum discussing it. http://forums.theplanet.com/viewtopic.php?t=18484

From what I gather if they can get the data before release day they will be ready. If they don't get the data untill release day it will be up as soon as they can, not more than a couple of days.

They are usually pretty quick at the planet , its not ahugh job to add RO or any game for that matter to a control panel like cortex. So they will probably have RO up two days after release.

I think its only fair to say we will host a small server for you up to say 20 players but our hosts at www.24play.com would be willing to host you a bigger one if you wanted it with low latency and good support.

Thats as soon as either of us can get our grubbies on the server files.
