haha now that you mention it, it does look like that
but its really difficult to keep maintain situational awareness in a moshing pit so you cant really know who is after you and who isnt
but no, i never run from people in a moshing pit ( the trick is to go off as hard as you can so everybody else stays away from you )
i once was in one with all 40 year old biker-like kinda guys going insane, and everybody from my age stepped aside but i felt like moshing so i just went in again
and no Nestor, it isnt about kicking the **** out of eachother allthough it might look like it its really hard to describe, but think of it mostly as an exhaust of some kind... it's better to deal with your agression in a moshing pit at your own risk then beating someone senseless outside for no reason.
i dont know how to describe... maybe some other metalhead could help me out here

anyways, i'm dying to be in a Lamb of God moshpit those are so damn brutal

I was in a wall of death at a fightstar concert of all places, was kinda awesome....

We were at the London Astoria and the floor moves which meant there was a lot of falling over before you even met the other wall...
