When the game ends via winning/losing, the EngGame-menu appears. This menu has some astrocities that interrupt the focus of the player

Problems with the EngGame-menu (includes):
- CHAT
- Chatbox doesn't continue previous chat, it instead flushes it out completely
- Chatbox isn't in-focus where the player that was typing during the transition is able to continue typing
- PLAYER LIST
- Can't see the status of in-game players at this point (only way is via ESC-menu which is inconvenient)
- MAP VOTE
- Unable to see who voted for what map
- Unable to undo/change map vote
- Unable to see who voted for what map
