Not sure if this video has been shown before or not. In it, Tripwire discusses their partnership with Nvidia and some of the advancements they're making in the games gore and aesthetics.

At 2 mins in they also talk about a spinoff KF tablet game they're working on called Killing Floor Calamity. With their attention divided this could explain why KF development has felt sluggish.

Calamity is developed by a third party, and it isn't new. We are just bringing it forward and onto more devices.

Yeah, was gonna say calamity has been a thing for a while. Looks like top down kf1, i'd buy it for kf on the go!

This should go to PC as well, after playing games like alien swarm and helldivers I think this is a great idea for the killing floor universe, just keep the friendly fire on . The only reason I will never get it for tablet is controls. tween stick shooter with no even one stick .

Bluetooth baby! I use an old ps3 controller but you could use any I'd wager, alongside an app for your tablet/phone, I myself have things like resident evil 2 which I can play using my smartphone and a ps3 controller! Only downside is it's not something you can use in public without looking strange, haha!

Calamity was a thing for PC for a while. It was on SteamDB and had achievements.

^This is also extremly old news^
