I looked at the http://wiki.beyondunreal.com/wiki/Ps...mapped_Texture link that was posted in another thread but I am not getting it. It sort of says that you can't do bump mapping but is tells you how to do a pseudo bump mapped texture.
I have a skinner that has not skinned for RO before and he asked if you could use normal maps and speculars when making the textures. I wasn't sure after reading that link so I thought I would ask the highly intelligent people that read and post on these forums. Can you use normal maps and speculars for the skins for RO? Thank you Lex |

no you cant.
the fake bump maps are a trick that combines different shaders etc to make (static) objects look like they are bumpmapped. |
