I think yes because I want to 100% the game, and it'd be a lulz character that I'd have handy.
On the other hand I'd rather it didn't, because I think it's way too silly. No problem with attractive ladies, but I think bikinimode is going too far and acts as shameless wankbait.

No. However, I'd totally buy a DLC featuring a muscular, bald black boxer-turned-transvestite wearing fishnets, high heels, with earrings and a set of crooked fake tits. Just seems like a prefect char for zerking around.

No. If I wanna play as a female character in a game about brutally killing stuff, I want her to be at least somewhat realistic. She's gotta be badass and with at least decent looks, but not too far on the looks side, so none of that skimpy crap. My favorite example of a badass/hot female character in a gory game is Anya from Gears of War 3. She's pretty hot, but at the same time she's badass with the armor on, and when I do the execution moves against the Locust it's brutal but kinda hot at the same time lol.
