I feel like it should be important to know who is driving which tank during a game, so I suggest that the tank commanders should be listed along the right-hand side, at the top right of the screen (above the squad info basically). The list could have several groups, one for the Tank Platoon Commander, one for the Medium tanks (T34 / PIV) and one for the Light Tanks (T70 / PIII), with Tank Squad Leaders listed using the usual bracket section after their names.
Although I daresay that on tank only maps the list could get quite extensive, but I feel that it would be very useful for CA maps.
