Hello,

Recently a friend of mine and me started a server. It starts and runs rather fine, it's playable. However it does not show up in the main game server browser. This is frustrating as we want the server to be public. I've read the log and changed the ini a few times with no good luck about figuring out what is wrong and to get it to show itself.

Perhaps someone is able to tell what the fault is from previous experiences. Here's the serverlog:

Ditto, I was online night of July 15. All servers disappeared, then half appeared and hour later.
I looked in ~/Steam/logs/connection_log_7857.txt and see a bunch of these...

Linux. Wonder if windows based boxes are faring better. Certainly looks from my logs like the multiple addresses in my log are pointing into limelight and going nowhere. I wiped my steam client and server files 2 days ago but that didn't help the advertisement. I would love to know what the ones that are connecting connect to and what differences they may have in the config. It's tough with so many different companies being involved to know where to go.

Crossing my fingers it's a steam client update issue that is updated soon. I opened up a case 3 days ago with steam but ticket is sitting open with no response.

Well now that you mentioned that; I do seem to recall something.

The day I noticed all my servers stopped being populated according to GameTracker graphs I logged into my box and started updating the servers thinking they rolled out a new update and players couldn't connect to it.

For some reason I was forced to enter a Steam Guard Code when I did this when I haven't ever had to do it before except on the initial install months ago.

Maybe it might be related.
