Default Simultaneous Objectives

Hey everyone, back again with another question.

I'm really stumped on getting two objectives to activate at once for Wake Island.
I'm looking to set up 3 tiers of objectives, with the first and second tiers having two objectives themselves on the North and South sides of the island. I guess it's pretty close to Iwo Jima's setup.

I'm only able to get one objective to work, and the round ends after it's capped.

What am I missing in Kismet to get a second objective to activate along with the first? Any chance someone more experienced in Kismet can send me a link or something to help me?

Download my Kriegszeit map. and you can look at my Kismet how that's set up.
