M99 weight problem

Sorry to everyone that states I should have a team, I'm just not the type of person that forces friendships with people I can't stand.

A lot of the jackasses in this thread that keep trolling me about my inability to use the 9mm's ammo efficiently by myself with virtually the entire waves intact, and 3 other players present in the game (at least until they died) are proving why I seem to be unable to find people to play with.

Sorry, but i still don't get it.
We've got an incredible sniper rifle with the best damage per headshot when used by a sharpshooter, it can take out almost everything with a single blow and it's not that expensive or difficult to use. What else do you want from it? That fires rockets? Auto aim?
The whole balance thing doesn't mean anything for you? Don't you think that reducing M99 weight would render xbow totally useless, thus throwing most of the sharpshooter balance out of the window, just because YOU don't like this drawback?

There's nothing wrong with not having a team...
The problem is that KF is a team based game. A gun that is as powerful as the M99 needs to have a downside. It is extremely viable in killing single high priority targets, it's a specialised weapon and you need a team for it not to lack in other roles.
If you are soloing... just pick another weapon or perk.
For me, Sharpshooter should be nerfed quite a bit, as right now, it's a "Perk of all trades". It does not fill a niche, it can shine at all roles and that is wrong for a team game. And that is exactly what you are asking for the M99.

I'm not good with the 9mm aswell... I'd be screwed if my team died and I only had the M99 and the 9mm. But that is exactly why the team needs to stay alive, or if solo, one should not pick such a weapon.

Plus, the other Perks don't fit all roles either. A demo with a Law is even more screwed without a team. LAW is harder to aim, loses its use at point blank range and the Demo doesn't even get the 9mm bonuses.
As a Commando or Firebug I'm screwed without a team if there are more then one big zed. A Supporter alone runs out of ammo eventually.

The M99 is a team weapon. If you have to rely on yourself, don't pick it.
