Default An absolutely shameless open statement to map devs.

Like many others, =TaT= will work hand in glove with map developers to feature good creations on our servers. We worship at your feet.

We have just a few simple guidelines:

We do not ever host Alphas. The reasons should be obvious.
We will host any beta enthusiastically until negetive feedback forces us to remove it.
We are focused on mostly TE maps, but we continually review public desires. If it is popular, we will consider featuring a map in any mode.
Right now, we crave good tank maps like water in the Sahara. We have a special server for these.
In special cases where a map exhibits particular creativity and popularity,
we may for an indefinite period feature it on a 24/7 server.
We currently have four international servers for RO2 alone. WE have the deep pockets for more IF public enthusiasm justfies our investment.

=TaT= reviews map development here daily. Little goes unnoticed.
If you've worked hard on a quality map and it's in a beta stage, you can count on us to embrace your hard work.

Best wishes,

G_Sajer

I love the =TaT= servers with one exception: 24/7 featured maps. Brdiges of Druzhina was/is popular but thanks to a 24/7 Bridges server, this map felt overplayed a month ago already.

Best in my eyes is to mix the rotation between stock map-custom map-stock map-custom map and so on. This keeps all maps interesting for a longer time.

Wow. It seems that, ask and ye shall recieve. This is the first I've
been aware of this one. But now that it is listed in Tripwire's beta map release section, we will most certainly host it. Just what we are looking for on our tank server. I'll follow progress on this map as things go forward.

We probably are going to need a set of easily distinguished CLIENT files and SERVER files. We use a redirect.

Best wishes,

G_Sajer.

I understand. Harley expressed some concerns along these lines. Our intent is to give a really outstanding map some enhanced exposure. In the future, the time anything spends in this spot may be lessened. In any event, Harley's map is still greatly enjoyed on three servers, and is not showing signs of serious wear. If you pay attention to our map vote line-up, you will see that we are doing exactly what you suggest in terms of map rotation.

Well I update Rakowice yesterday. Some unknown reasons will not let us update on Steamworkshop so I followed the advice to release it with a different name.
Its not on Steamworkshop.

The changelog, Server and playerfiles available are available here. And I would like to know how this version behaves compared with the previous version. So I can tweak before I release another update thursday.

We just got Rakowice going yesterday. Seems to be running ok. I haven't personnally been able to play it yet. We put it on the tank server as well, so it should come up there in rotation more often. Budny tells me there are a small bunch of tank enthusiasts in there from the EU during the day gaming with him.

And speaking of "keeping up" Major, it's all I can do with these volumes of map updates. But the players are having a good time I hope.

It's my belief, and likely Tripwire's, that indy map creation will be the life blood of this franchise going forward. ANYTHING anyone can do to make this easier and worthwhile for indy map developers is a win-win for every one of us invested in this hobby. Just as a personal side note, if that SDK were a little easier to comprehend, I'm enough of an amature historian to want to create maps myself. But I content myself to pursue the care and feeding of the servers. Anyway, you guys are the absolute epitome of
what researcher Alvin Toffler refers to as "Prosumers." You guys may not realize it, but you are all on the cutting-edge of 21st century value creation.
