Default Random lagspikes\rubberbanding etc since summer update.

Ok, so re-installed the whole Killing Floor server from the new Steam CMD, setup all the mods i use...

Antiblocker
kfmapvote
kfpathpleft
killmessages
nokillstats
serverads
serverext (reserved slots only)

Fire up the server and I am constantly getting mysterious rubberbanding\warping etc and I have no idea whats causing it.

I have run the server vanilla (0 mods running) and the same thing happens.
I have checked ports, killing floor.ini etc and cant see anything out of place. All of this since the summer update, the server never had issues like this before.

Anybody else having issues similar to this?

I'm experiencing similar problems on my server. I really hope it's not the game as i'm in the process of switching providers. Although my provider (Gameservers) has experienced a ton of outages recently. Are you hosting your own server?

Just having a quick look on my servers and the CPU usage is noticeably higher than last time I checked, maybe double the peak usage. I can see the difference in the graphs as well since the update. You're probably getting lag spikes when large numbers of ZEDs are spawning. You'll get problems if you're maxing out the CPU core.

Do you know what type of CPU you're running on? I'm seeing a peak of 47% on a single core, i7-2600, 6 slot KF server with a small number of mutators.

Well just to report back that the randomness of lag spikes etc suddenly stopped and havent returned. Maybe something on my ISP's end? All good now and been a few days since the problem. Back to being super stable now.

If it just stops without an update, it sounds likely to be network related. Where are you hosting your servers, on the end of ADSL or in a data centre?

My server on GameServers seems to have some new hitching as well (after the summer update). It was common that it would occur during spawns but it now seems to occur more often.

Mutators I have:
ServerExt (connection logging; team chat viewing)
Anti-block
Kill viewer
