Dwarfs!? Not letting me play

I just bought the game on steam just a few minutes ago, I downloaded it, and when I went to click, "Play," it said, Starting Dwarfs, please wait, and like a second later, the "Windows is checking for a solution the the problem" window popped up. This happens every time I try.

OS Windows Vista Ultimate 32 bit

Please help.

Yes this is related to XNA not installing installing it manuly will solv the problem. Steam Support Dwarfs

This one works as well you need to two first links for dotnet and XNA
