Weren't we supposed to get some kind of weapon if we pre-registered for RO2 before the release? I don't remember what it was or if I even got it.

Bayonets were for people who own RO:OSt. The pre-order was...uhm, I think a little badge for your character and "Genuine" TF2 hats.

MKB, AVT, semi-auto sniper rifle unlocks were just for the DDE.

The only way is to look at your body when you die unfortunately. (I would love character customization menus. )
