Why cant i choose perks when hosting a online server with my map ? =/

no, but i played many blacklist maps online and perks are always enabled ...

There is obviously some files being used that are disabling the whitelist (custom .u files).

no, someone else is able to host with perks, but i dont know whats wrong

is there any strange files on the server being used? when your friend hosts the map and it works is it on dedi or local?
