Just what the title says, it seems I'm downloading a large workshop content update for ROHOS right now, 2.2GB.
Interesting. Any info?

It is only a bug. Just restart steam and it won't download our subscribed workshop items again.

This was a download when Steam opened, not the ingame map download.
Still, odd...

Anyone figured out what this is yet?
Edit: Okay, I have a theory. Steam itself updated right before this workshop content update happened - I'm wondering if as part of the new steam update, workshop content now updates without the game being open... Last edited by Rabid Penguin; 12-04-2012 at 03:15 PM. Reason: lightbulb moment |

For me, it was a 1.7 GB download.

Yep, this is exactly what it is. I confirmed by subscribing to a map I wasn't previously subscribed to, and it instantly began a "workshop content" download through steam.

In any case, the download seemed odd since I had all up-to-date maps. Oh well.

I subbed to many of the custom maps in workshop ,...It seems to download any updates whenever I start ro ,...but it seems to take longer than the old server redirect method
Kind of pain when you want to jum in a game right away & you have to wait...

Absolutely right. What I am doing is starting RO 2, switch to window mode and browse the web until the downloads are finished. It's annoying though.
