ETA for the custom map pack

Is there a deadline on this or is it just a matter of 'it will happen when it happens' ?

Also, did TWI think to ask any of the non place getters from the comp if they wanted their maps included ?

As pointed out in another post Univermap did not place in phase two of the comp, however I am sure the mapper would be keen to have that included in a final package.

and we would be keen to have it (univermag) included! it's one of the best maps imho!

Yeah it would be a good thing to include other maps that didn't 'win' so that the mappers don't have to worry about recooking their maps. Also I would love to see Univermag with a TWI polish on it.

what kind of "polish" are you expecting from them?

TWI doesn't have time to polish the custom maps. I think most of the work would be done the mappers as it should be. Then TWI says yay or nay. Of course TWI feedback and optimization tips would be really handy.
