I have no idea why maps have lockdown timers on the final objectives. Is this caused by an oversight by the map makers? This seriously needs to be fixed. Does it serve any purpose other than to negate any time advantage that a quick-capping team has gained through the map? There should never ever be lockdown on the final objective. Period.

I'm not a fan of lockdown in general, but I play classic most of the time because lockdown seriously destroys the custom maps.
When I do play realism on the US servers... lockdown seems to just make a long and pitiful attempt to gain an objective much more brief. |

I agree its annoying when fighting for the last cap that you see 5 minutes remaining and lockdown in 2 minutes.
On another note i think that sometimes lockdown should count for a group of objectives rather than a single objective. Like on a map as apartments, you should get a lockdown time on the combination of the first 2 objectives.

yes it is very silly on the final objectives! definitely shouldn't be for clusters of objectives though its only 5 minutes remember hard enough to get one cap most of the time!

Lockdown is showing up on the final objective? I haven't seen that yet, but that sounds wrong and more like a bug...
