On Steam, click Play and it will show the Killing Floor splash screen for a few seconds then it exits back to the Steam window. Console log when attempting to launch game:
The first thing that looks weird is that it can't seem to connect to Steam. Well, I tried L4D2, HL2, TF2 ... those all run fine. I even went into the Steam client and changed the download region from San Diego to Los Angeles. No solution. I deleted the local game content, removed the system folder for the game, removed the NCF files... redownloaded the game. Same error and behavior.
