It's a great deal. Only 4,49 EUR. If you don't have it yet, buy it and if you have tell your friends about the sale, or buy it for them. :P

The Best thing experienced players can do now.Is to use your mic and help the new players instead of watching them fall like lemmings of a cliff.

Played a few hours last night with some new players and it makes big difference to there experience of the game if some one helps them out.In a friendly manor ))

Use your mics makes it the game so much better and dont condone people for talking as some do ,silent game were you die lots leads to frustration which leads to empty servers )And lose the elitists attitude that a small minority have in game ))

Default Need a Steam Gift

Hey guys, since RO2 can be bought for only 5€/$ at the moment, i definitely want to buy it. Unfortunately you cannot buy uncut games even if youre an adult off steam in Germany (i would get the cut version), so im wondering if theres someone who could send me the game as a gift? You'll get your money back via Paypal. I could buy it uncut from Amazon but its not that cheap and i would have to wait a few days because of the shipping.

help!

There was a few new players around last night, you kept seeing them type things like "man this game is so hard" or "only six guns" etc lol. Hopefully they will stick with it like I did.

Our server has seen full 64 player counts, which makes me happy.
I've been playing a lot with the newbies showing them the ropes, and a lot of them seem to be very good at following instructions and communicating over mic. It's also brought a couple of trolls, but I took care of them whenever they took it too far. Overall, I think I like this batch of new players better than the previous that came during the free weekend.

I good stuff ) needs more experienced players to do this . I know i keep saying it but with out communication this game is only half the game it can be ) . I often wonder why so few people mic up in a hardcore game like this ,

I got it in the last steam sale so its nice to see some new cannon fodder in my sights ) But it would be better if the community could get them to stick around and increase the amount of full servers ) Because most of them seem to really like the game when they do talk .

Seems to be a growing trend across games at the moment, All in game trolls to be shot at dawn i say )) got to love them they say nothing all game and come on their mic swear and disappear once challenged they remind me of little yap dogs at a gate , once the gate is opened they soon cower are run away )))

Had some good games last night i always try to follow are team up with players with a mic who are polite and mature , its the winning ticket in this game ))

Imho, only the big clans with 64 player servers will see a difference frome new players.
I can see that my server is going up with max 10 players, it will fall down again in the next week.
(I dont wanne be negative but its a fact)

Grtz.

I saw above 2000 players as well. Actually got to see a couple of "Action" mode servers full and to the brim with new players.

I saw both sides , as I've seen in the forums personally.
Vets helping and embracing the new players, telling them how to best do things what strategy to use.

I also saw some vets, being a**es in chat, telling newbies to f*** off and go play cod. basically alienating new players.

other than that It was pretty nice having a more full servers, and not so many bots.

When I played yesterday me and a little kid were the only ones using VOIP. Goes to show how you can't just generalize one group of people

Getting TK'd more than usual, and seen a great influx of players here in Australia. Then released RO2 must be on sale

Nah I think it is always getting blown bigger as it reall is. Those so called Vets are rarely people who really played this game or previous games for a while. The other issue is that people usually remember negative moments better as positive ones.

Cuts both ways, had one guy who said he purchased the game yesterday, calling everyone unless niggers. The 75% off seems to have brought the worst out in some of the players, new and old alike.
