i tried so many times to export the male voice but when i do it turns out to be the female voice, can anyone help what the problem is?

It may be because the editor is confusing the sounds(If they have the same name while loaded at the same time.) If they are not automatically loaded when the editor opens, open malevoice first and export it.
If they both load at the same time when you boot the editor, go into your Killingfloor.ini file(its inside the system folder in your Killing floor install path) and locate the line that says: [Editor.EditorEngine] Scroll down and find: //EditPackages=KFChar //EditPackages=Old2k4 //EditPackages=KFMod //EditPackages=KFGui //EditPackages=GoodKarma //EditPackages=KFMutators Add slashes in front of the packages like I did here. This prevents your editor from automatically loading packages at startup so you have less clutter and you can pick what packages you want to load. If you end up making a map, you can simply load the packages in your actor browser or you can remove the slashes when you are done exporting your sounds.

will it also work if i delete the female voice pack, export the male voice pack then paste back the female pack? or something along those lines?

Could possibly work as long as you replace it before you play again. Just anything to keep it from loading with the other voice packs.
