How come Tripwire didn't learn from Killing Floor when it comes to Red Orchestra 2? The sick thing is that i paid more money for the Red Orchestra games than i paid for Killing Floor so i would have expected some more content for the game by now.
Lets just hope Tripwire will treat their other games in the future with the same passion as they have done with Killing Floor.
KF Updates are monetized via DLC that we don't feel fits with the RO community. And RS added more guns to RO 2 than we've added to KF (if I remember off hand). As I have stated in the past, with RO we are more likely to do expansion packs rather than seasonal events and micro transactions.
