Well I was in that lone building off on the right side of the map (Com's House) as Russian and heard a German MG shooting off a bunch of my team, so I peered out of the window just in time to seem him climb out of the trench (far right, facing the German's side, right of that flat concrete base-area)... I pegged him with my SVT as he made a mad dash and I left the building... as I ran for the next objective I headed towards his fallen body and saw the MG34 bouncing up and down and heading towards me... I just thought "Yeah.... I'm not going to try and grab that" and kept running.

I already had an enemy's MP40 on my back anyways

Starting and exiting goes very very slugish. Further the points that here are written i have them seen too.

Forgot to also mention:

Seems if you switch from pub voice to team without a significant pause between, the opponents can hear your team voice.

This seems to be a bug that is more common since the Nov patch.

In the map Spartanovka, the fences are destructible. Some fences, however, when destroyed do not remove their mesh or cover node. The mesh still blocks pathing, but if you walk up to one of these destroyed fence meshes and press spacebar, you will teleport through them.

The same thing does not happen before said fence is destroyed. You will mantle over the fence as normal.

This is not a sporadic bug on the map; about 1/3 of all fences suffer from this issue.

I wanted to add that it still takes atleast 2-3 mantles to finaly mantle across to the other side of a fence, or wall. Alot of times when you do mantle you kind of slide forward in a friction motion and you kinda lose control of the chracter for about a tick.

I just want to confirm that I also have the 'flying ragdoll bug' since GOTY patch.

It might have been around before too but it's definitely more common now. My observation is that it's more common on certain maps, one of them being Mamayev. It also happens more often (and the effect is stronger) when the enemy is prone.

Nothing breaks immersion as much as bad ragdolls, and considering that RO1 had some of the best fine-tuned ragdolls ever it makes me extra sad every time I see it.

I would really appreciate if a dev could confirm that they are aware of the problem and if we can expect a fix.

I second this. Entering and especially leaving (!?) a server now takes much longer than it did before the recent patch.

Also when I start up the game for the first time, esc to skip the intro doesn't work immediately as it did before, now it only works after 10-15 seconds.
