No idea what you guys are worrying about. My laptop with Mobility 5870 and the 11.8 Drivers seems to be doing fine.
Map loads are a bit tedious but once underway, smooth as. My main problem was crappy wireless internet which has since been replaced by ADSL 2+
Made a huge difference to game play.
Why Australia can't have Wireless Internet like Northern Europe is beyond me but C'est la vie.
