I don't expect it to happen for awhile, as obviously there are still some issues being worked out in the game itself... And also, I'm sure it takes time to develop a quality map.
Actually, I have no idea about the modding process, how involved it is or how long it takes. Which got me thinking, out of curosity... When would you guess the first post-launch maps or scenarios might roll out? A few weeks? Months?
